Zach Hastings, based in Phoenix, Arizona, took on an ambitious project for the 2024 Biltwell People's Champ competition. Building on his lunch breaks at FXR Division, Zach crafted a unique ride—a powerful 80” Evo engine housed in a Shovelhead frame. Though he didn’t make the top six in the competition, that didn’t stop him from completing his build. Featuring a blend of chrome, polish, custom paint, and molding done entirely by Zach himself, this bike is built to ride, but it shines with style. He proudly showcased his work at Born Free in June, representing the dedication and craftsmanship behind his build.
