BAKER Drivetrain Recap: Hot Bike Tour
The 2025 Motul Hot Bike Tour made its long-awaited return after several years off the road — and it did not disappoint. The revived event brought riders, builders, and industry icons together for a multi-day journey that celebrated everything we love about motorcycles: craftsmanship, camaraderie, and the thrill of the open road. Spanning four days from October 1 to 4, the tour traversed the scenic landscapes of Arizona, Utah, and Nevada, offering enthusiasts a unique opportunity to experience the open road alongside some of the most renowned builders in the industry.

This year’s tour was more than just a ride — it was a reunion. Familiar faces and fresh talent came together to showcase a mix of wild customs, high-performance builds, and creative engineering that pushed the limits of what’s possible on two wheels. From performance baggers to vintage-inspired machines, the lineup reflected the diversity and innovation thriving in the V-Twin world today. A highlight of the tour was the involvement of ten distinguished invited builders, each showcasing their expertise and passion for motorcycle design and engineering.

A highlight of the tour was the involvement of ten distinguished invited builders, each showcasing their expertise and passion for motorcycle design and engineering:

• Nick Trask of Trask Performance
• Heath Pinter of Saddlemen
• Chris Staab of FXR Division
• Justin Coleman of Torch Industries
• Satya Kraus of Kraus Motor Co.
• Mike Rabideau of Majik Mike Designs
• Brandon Holstein of The Speed Merchant
• Christian Sosa of Sosa Metalworks
• Danny Wilson of Motorwitch Industries
• Bryan Schimke of TPJ Concepts

These builders not only displayed their craftsmanship but also engaged with attendees, sharing insights and fostering a deeper appreciation for the art of custom motorcycle building.

Along the route, the spirit of Hot Bike was evident at every stop. Shops across the Southwest opened their doors, offering riders a glimpse into cutting-edge projects and fabrication setups. Many of these shops are expanding their operations, taking on new challenges, and continuing to push American-made performance forward. The energy at each stop was contagious: crowds gathered, engines roared, and the sense of community that defines this industry was on full display. The opening and closing events drew especially big turnouts, with rows of custom bikes, vendors, food trucks, and live entertainment adding to the excitement.

The Hot Bike Tour’s comeback reminded everyone why this event matters. It brings builders, brands, and riders together in motion — not just to show what they can build, but to share the road, the stories, and the passion that fuel the motorcycle world. With the success of this year’s run, the buzz is already building for what’s next. The Hot Bike Tour is officially back, and if this year proved anything, it’s that the industry is more alive than ever.

Kick It Like You Mean It
