Replacement for a 160K mile OEM compensator
I like the look and heavy duty feel of the compensator. It was definitely time for an upgrade. Now I feel confident with the knowledge that this product will last a long as the motorcycle is functional.

Would recommend this to anyone made an incredible difference in the drivability, start up, shifting, finding neutral, just smoothed it all out!

Compensator
Compensator worked well but always had the clunk when shutting the engine down. Some time later ( I don’t recall the date or the mileage) i cranked the motor to let it warm up and walked away for a few minutes and thought I heard an odd sound ,when I got closer it seemed to have quieted down( I do have issues hearing certain pitches ). Went on a 30 mile ride and when leaving to return home , another 30 miles .Again letting things warm up a little it was really noticeable that it was something in the primary.. I took the primary apart the next day and was really shocked by the condition of the compensator . $500,00+ and 5 or 6 months waiting for it be delivered. I do have some engine modifications , however nothing close to what today’s engines are capable of. See pictures. Spring #1 shattered Spring # 2 cracked Ramps & contact surfaces, you tell me? I would never have expected these results, only thing it ever saw was full synthetic, and been using the M-6 chain adjuster against some suggestions , however running the adjuster on 2 bikes and no problems whatsoever. Can I expect similar results from any transmission upgrades?

Website was deceptive
I thought I purchased a part that was shown in the picture but was sent a totally different part and they admitted their website needed reworked but they made me pay for shipping and charged me a restocking fee. I called and was told they would return the 20% restock but never did. I would NEVER buy again from here.

You won’t regret
Like the title says you won’t regret ! Spend more Monet and get the best American built compensator there is , it’s so quiet and can find neutral easier !!! Love it
